Welcome to the

Wolf River Stars

Thank you for taking a moment to check out our website and the Wolf River Stars, Inc. Cheer/Dance/ and Stunt teams.

Registration has closed and team organization is underway. We currently have several new projects that we are working on for our team members.

Our Tiny team members (3 & 4 year olds) will begin their practices on June 2 and will perform their summer routine in August. They will learn a Halloween routine to perform in October and then finish their season with a holiday performance in December.

A Special Needs team is currently being organized and information has been sent to schools in the Wolf River area. As this is our first year, we are offering openings for up to 10 members.

During the summer months, you will find our team members participating in tumbling classes with former Oshkosh Titans. In June, these classes will run on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30 7:30 pm and the cost is $5.00 an hour for team members. July and August dates and times will be announced in the near future.

“Open Gym” for team members is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. Team members are able to work on their tumbling, stunting, jumps, and dance during this time.

There are several new competitions the Stars will be attending this year and the Junior and Senior teams will attend Nationals at the Kalahari in February. Our Mini and Youth team will finish their season at a competition being held at the Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School. This competition is only for Mini and Youth Teams.

New for 09-10

Tiny Performance Teams

New to the Wolf River Stars, Inc. for the 2009-2010 season is the Tiny Performance Teams. We will be offering Cheer and Dance Tiny teams for children ages 3 & 4. There will be 3 sessions and 3 performances. June – August – “Lemonade Stand”, August – October – “Haunted Gym” and October – December – “Holiday Treat”.

Tiny Team members may participate in all 3 sessions either cheer or dance, or just 1 session of cheer or dance. More information can be found under REGISTRATION.

What's New

More new mirrors will be installed soon for the Dance Teams. The addition of the new mirrors reflects on the whole organization.

Winter Is here

With the rising costs of heating and electricity we ask everyone to bring proper attire when coming to practice.

Please Do Not touch the thermostats. They are pre programmed.

When practice is over turn off some of the lights until you leave. The rest of them when you leave.

Anyway we can cut back on expense helps everyone.
